Obituary for William Chad Hall
Funeral services for William Chad Hall will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 23, 2022, with Reverends Bob Schlemmer and John Adams officiating. Burial will follow in Welcome Cemetery under the direction of Jeane’s Funeral Service. A visitation will be held at the church on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service. Pallbearers will be John Brewer, Durwin Martin, Lynwood Martin, Mikey D. Johnson, Jeremy Martin, Tracy Martin, and Dustin Phillips,
Chad was born December 21, 1983, in DeRidder, Louisiana and passed away October 19, 2022, in Alexandria, LA at the age of 38. Chad was the type of person that never met a stranger. He liked to joke, hunt, fish, and go mud riding. He worked as a heavy equipment operator and was a member of Simpson Church of God. You could often find him outdoors listening to music while sitting beside a bonfire. Chad was a Simpson Junior Fire Chief while in high school and helped build the youth volunteer fire department. He as a tattoo artist and liked to “tinker”. He enjoyed pulling equipment apart and sometimes putting it back together. He loved life in general and his daughter, Cheyenne, was the love of his life.
Chad was preceded in death by his grandparents, Dub & Francis Hall and W.N. & Hughlene Martin and uncle, Rodger Ladner.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Samantha Hall of Anacoco, LA;
daughter, Cheyenne Nicole Hall of Anacoco, LA;
parents, William Charles Hall and wife Wanda and Joyce Earline Green;
brothers, Timothy Nicholson and wife Alayna and Tracy Friday and wife Trish;
sisters, Mary Christine Hall, Candice Marie Hall, and Amanda Nicole Barbee and husband Aaron;
special aunt, Delana “NaNa” Martin;
nieces and nephews, Anna Leigh Barbee, Ashton Barbee, Axel Barbee, Amara Barbee, Bryce Nicholson, Devon Geary, Kenrick Geary, Kolby Johnson, Kurt Johnson, and Kaden Johnson;
mother-in-law, Ruthy Montalbano;
father-in-law, Mike Borders;
father-in-law, Durwin Martin and wife Jill;
brothers-in-law, Mikey D. Johnson and wife Nickie and Michael Borders;
sister-in-law, Katelyn Borders;
and a host of extended family members.
