Billy was born June 7, 1950, and passed away at his home in Anacoco, Louisiana on December 27, 2022, at the age of 72 with his family and close friend & neighbor, Angie LeBlanc, by his side. He was a member of Southpark Baptist Church and had lived in the Leesville area most of his life. Billy enjoyed spending time with his family – especially fishing with his boys.
