Obituary for Trudy JoAnn Herriford
Trudy JoAnn Herriford “TJ” age 54 of Anacoco, Louisiana passed from this life on February 13, 2023. TJ was born in Canton, Illinois on July 11, 1968.
TJ loved to fish which might be surprising since she was terrified of the water and wasn’t able to swim so her life vest was always close by. You could always find her in the crowd of a sporting event keeping the score books. TJ was also a lifelong Arkansas Razorback fan. She enjoyed working at Lowes and met many friends there.
TJ was preceded in death by her mother, Linda Moon and spouse William Moon.
TJ is survived by her sister, Crystal Holcomb and spouse Steven; nephew, Ryan Horton and spouse Kristina; and niece, Alyssa Andrus and spouse Charles. She also leaves behind 3 great-nephews and one great-niece, Conner & Avaleigh Horton and Layne & Maverick Andrus. Also left to cherish her memory are her Aunt Brenda and spouse Rudy and many coworkers and friends.
A memorial service for TJ will be held at 3:00 p.m. at Jeane’s Funeral Service in Leesville, Louisiana on Sunday, February 19, 2023. A visitation will be held at Jeane’s from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service.
