Obituary for Terry Harvey
A funeral service for Terry Glenn Harvey Sr. will be held on Tuesday, February 21, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. at Old Anacoco Baptist Church, 2386 E. Hawthorne Rd. Leesville, LA 71446, with Brother Wayne Chance and Brent Casio officiating under the direction of Jeane’s Funeral Service. Burial will follow in Evans Cemetery.
A visitation will be held on Monday, February 20, 2017, from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Old Anacoco Baptist Church.
Terry was born on December 3, 1958, and passed away on February 19, 2017, at the age of 58. Terry was a life-long resident of Vernon parish and a 1976 graduate of Leesville High School. He was a skilled carpenter and an avid outdoorsman. Terry loved to hunt, fish, and dance the two-step.
Terry was preceded in death by his biological father – Oscar Harvey and his grandparents – Nora Hardcastle and Mark and Effie Harvey.
Left to cherish his memory is his mother and father – Patsy and Troy Nolen
Son: Terry Glen Harvey Jr. and wife Berenda of Hineston, LA
Daughter: Megan Nicole Harvey of Daphne, AL
Brothers: Bobby Leon Harvey Sr. and wife Carlene of Anacoco, LA, Robert Wayne Harvey Sr. and wife Ethel of Dayton, TX, and Greggory Dale Nolen of Leesville, LA
Grandchildren: Austin, Amber, Aaron, Katie, and Jackson
A special aunt: Mildred Harvey
A host of nieces and nephews
Pallbearers will be Bobby Harvey, Robert Harvey, Terry Harvey Jr., Wayne Harvey, Tom Reeks, and Brian Jameson.
Honorary pallbearers will be Greg Nolen and Troy Nolen.
