Obituary for Roger Dale Leslie
Roger Dale Leslie was born May 19, 1944, in North Carolina and passed away August 25, 2021, in Anacoco, Louisiana at the age of 77. He earned a Masters degree in education and served in the United States Army for thirty years. After retiring from the military as a Sergeant Major E9, Roger worked for the government for 10 years. He was a quiet man who enjoyed spending time at home gardening and taking care of his dogs.
Roger was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Robert Leslie and Ethel Daphine Leslie.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 54 years, Takako Leslie and daughter, Lorretta Leslie.
Roger’s family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
