Obituary for Paula Jean Stricklan
Paula Jean Stricklan was born September 23, 1955 in Fort Worth, TX and passed away January 28, 2021 in Anacoco, LA at the age of 65. She enjoyed raising frogs as pets and collecting frog figurines. Paula also liked Betty Boop and loved all kinds of animals. She was a person who loved her family and also loved a good adventure.
Paula was preceded in death by her parents, Richard Stricklan and Marth Bowers Stricklan and daughter, Shanna Monroe.
Left to cherish her memory are her long-time partner, Micheal Morrison of Anacoco, LA,
daughters, Sherry Monroe of Mississippi and Shella Monroe of Anacoco, LA,
grandchildren Tylor Seely, David Rice, April Pearce, Chance Wagnon, Barrett Monroe, Brandon Monroe, Amanda Monroe, Dorothy Monroe, and Richard Rodgers,
and brother, Rusty Stricklan of Springtown, TX.
Paula’s family will plan a memorial service for friends and loved ones at a later date.
