Obituary for Pascal Ernest Lynn
Funeral services for Pascal Ernest Lynn will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 9, 2022, at Beech Grove Church with Pastor William Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Burr Ferry Cemetery under the direction of Jeane’s Funeral Service. A visitation will held at the church on Wednesday, June 8th from 6:00 PM until the time of service.
Pascal was born November 15, 1933, in Burkeville, Texas and passed away June 4, 2022, in Alexandria, Louisiana at the age of 88. On August 12, 1966, he married the love of his life, Pearl, and retired from the Coca-Cola and Harrison Lumber Company after a 54 year career. Pascal enjoyed the simple life and spent many hours squirrel hunting and bass fishing, but he could also dance and had his own special moves. His friends were important to him, and he enjoyed visiting with them. Spending time with his family was the most important thing to Pascal, and his grandchildren and great-grandchildren were especially dear to his heart.
Pascal was preceded in death by his parents Wylie and Mary Lynn; brother, Isaac Lynn; sister, Juanita Lynn; and nephew, Randy Lynn.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 54 years, Pearl Lynn of Anacoco, LA;
daughter, Liz Kersey and husband Jed of Leesville, LA;
son, Ernie Lynn and wife Veronica of DeRidder, LA;
grandchildren, Amber (Billy) Baugh, Jessica Walker, Tora Lynn, April Walker, Blake (Ashelyn) Lynn and Dillan (Kamber) Lynn;
eleven great-grandchildren plus one on the way;
brother, Pete (Leona) Lynn;
and a host of extended family members and friends.
Pallbearers will be Blake Lynn, Dillan Lynn, Ernie Lynn, Noah Baugh, Billy Baugh, and Jed Kersey. Honorary pallbearers will be April Walker and Tora Lynn.
