A memorial service for Midori Rives will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 20, 2017, at Jeane’s Funeral Service, 100 E. Union Street Leesville, LA 71446.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday at Jeane’s Funeral Service.
Midori was born on February 13, 1935, and passed away on June 11, 2017. She was born in Japan where she met the love of her life, Ray, while he was serving in the Army. After moving to America, Midori enjoyed fishing with Ray and Melissa as well as watching football. She had a green thumb and loved tending her houseplants.
Midori was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Munger Rives.
Left her cherish her memory is her adopted family, Martha Smith and Melissa Sheffield.
