Obituary for Melody Lynne Ringwood
Funeral services for Melody Lynne Ringwood will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 31, 2018, at Simpson Church of God with Reverends Gil Arthur and Carol Adams officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Island Cemetery under the direction of Jeane’s Funeral Service.
A visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 30th at Simpson Church of God.
Melody was born on October 30, 1960, and passed away on May 27, 2018, at the age of 57. Because her father was in the army, Melody lived in many places before settling in Simpson, LA. She worked for many years at Wal-Mart and enjoyed solving cross word puzzles and loved animals, especially her dogs and horses. Melody felt connected to her many friends through Facebook. She dearly loved her niece, Maeve, and was looking forward to seeing her succeed in college.
Melody was preceded in death by her husband, Patrick Ringwood and brother, David Foushee.
Left to cherish her memory are her parents, David and Maxine Foushee of Simpson, LA

Sister: Melissa Anne Ladd and husband William of Alexandria, LA
Niece: Maeve Victoria Ladd
