Obituary for Maicyn Leigh Ward
Maicyn Leigh Ward, daughter of Klancy Lee Ward Jr. and Aimee Leigh McConathy Ward, was born February 12, 2023, and soon afterwards passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus.
Maicyn was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Herman & Etta Marie McConathy and Kenneth & Elaine Martinez.
In addition to her parents, Maicyn is survived by her brother, Eastyn Lee Ward;
grandparents, David & Teresa McConathy, Klancy & Kayla Ward, and Melissa Ward (Lance Fruge);
great-grandparents, Kenneth & Judy Ward, Patricia Powell, and Thomas Corley;
aunts and uncles, Tye & Haley Haymon, Jacob & Shaylee Cart, Neal & Ashley Lonoza, and James & Marissa Newell;
and cousins, Victoria, Kylie, Collins, Oakley, Ethan, Caroline, Aiden, and Rowan.
A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday, February 17, 2023, at Mt. Bethel Baptist Church. Maicyn’s family will hold a private funeral. Burial will take place in Mt. Bethel Cemetery.
