Obituary for Lawrence "Bee" Timothy Pousson
Funeral services for Lawrence “Bee” Timothy Pousson will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 8, 2019, at Jackson Chapel Church of Christ with Reverend Robbyn Hunt officiating. Burial will follow in Stephens Cemetery under the direction of Jeane’s Funeral Service.
A visitation time for the family and friends of Mr. Pousson will be held on Wednesday, May 8th at Jackson Chapel Church of Christ from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service.
Timmy was born on February 18, 1960, in Lake Charles, LA, and passed away peacefully at his home in Pickering on the morning of May 4, 2019.
Timmy was a lifelong resident of Pickering and held many occupations throughout his life with his favorite being welding. Timmy loved spending his time digging for arrowheads and fishing. He also enjoyed riding 4-wheelers with his son, JoJo. He enjoyed sitting by a fire that he made. Timmy loved his son, his nieces, and nephews. He loved teaching children the old ways of life. In his younger days, he loved to dance. He also enjoyed making crafts.
Timmy was preceded in death by his parents, Van and Jean Pousson; his brother, Mark Pousson; his son, Joseph Pousson; and his nephew, Timothy Pousson.
Timmy is survived by his sister, Michelle Posey and her husband Randy and family; his niece, Kimberly Dickens and husband David; nephew, Michael Pousson and his mother, Debbie Bass; niece, Jeanne Pousson and her mother, Debra; niece, Britini Bernard; nephew, Charles Pousson and mother, Bobbye; many great and great-great nieces and nephews; and his best friend, Jerry Wheeler.
In lieu of flowers, Timmy’s family asks that donations be made in Timmy’s name to Hospice of Leesville, 106 E. Lula St. Leesville, LA 71446, or the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478 Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
