Obituary for Kim River Rat Nash
Graveside services for Kim “River Rat” Nash will be held on Monday, March 9, 2020, at Burr Ferry Cemetery,10:00 AM in Burr Ferry, LA under the direction of Jeane’s Funeral Service.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 8, 2020, from 5:00 – 8:00 PM at Jeane’s Funeral Service.
Kim Nash was born on January 29, 1956, in Leesville, LA to Lynn and Rachel Shuff Nash. He passed away in Alexandria, LA on March 4, 2020 at the age of 64. He was a lifelong resident of Burr Ferry. He worked in the logging business all his life and loved his job. He was an outdoorsman that enjoyed campfires, hunting and fishing. He was a kind family man that will be missed by all those who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his sons, Kim Larson, Joey Miller, Chad Nash and Lynn Nash all of Burr Ferry
Daughter, Kimberly Nash of Rosepine, LA
Brother, Kelly Nash and wife Sharon of Burr Ferry
Sisters, Joy Carson of Evans, La and Debra Nash of Burr Ferry
Grandchildren, Holly and Michael Miller, Joseph Rodriguez, and Roselynn and Gage Nash
Host of nieces and nephews
