II Timothy 4:7,8 Funeral services for Kevin "Mose" Williams will be 11:00 AM Saturday, October 11th, 2014 at St. Paul Baptist Church, Leesville, LA. Visitation will be on Saturday at 10:00AM at St. Paul Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Garden of Memories Cemetery directed by Jeane's Funeral Services. On March 16, 1964, Kevin Wayne Williams was born in Huey P. Long Hospital to the parents of Idell Smith Williams and Lawrence Charles WIlliams Sr. in Pineville, LA. He grew up around Lettsworth and Leesville, LA. He also lived in Oakdale, LA. There he ran track and played football where he earned the nickname "Conrad" by his friends and peers. To his father and family, he was called Mose. He met and married his soul mate Eola Holmes WIlliams who preceded him in death. Kevin loved people of all races and he was known and loved by all who knew him. He was placed in assisted living under the direction of Saint Genevive Care and staff. He leaves to cherish and weep his memories his father Rev. L.C. Williams Sr. and his beloved mother Carolyn S. Williams (Leesville), whom he loved dearly. Two biological siblings: Sister: Virginia Gail, Apostle Smith, nephew Kennon (Kileen, TX), Brother: L.C. Williams, Jr., Shawna, nephew Telvin, (Wilmington, DE) Edwin Cooper, (Texas) and niece Ashleigh Shade Idell-Williams Moss, and one great niece Autumn Moss (Hinesville, GA). Four adopted brothers: Willie Johnson and Carrie, (San Diego, CA), Alvin Ashley and Diane, (Detroit, MI), Michael Roger and Myrtis, (Vinton, LA), Demetrius and Kitrina Pearson, (Leesville, LA), one adopted sister, Bobbie J. Carey, (Leesville, LA) One living uncle Earnest "Keller" Caulfield, Peggy (New Orleans, LA) Five living aunts: Hattie, Lydia, Dorothy, Gladys, and Charlie Mae.
