Obituary for Juanita Jenny Lopez Holt
A funeral mass for Juanita �Jenny� Lopez Holt will be held on Wednesday, October 19, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. at Saint Michael�s Catholic Church 604 S. Fifth Street Leesville, LA with Father Clemente Mauricio officiating under the direction of Jeane�s Funeral Service. Repast will follow in St. Michael�s center. Holy rosary will be held on October 19, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. at Saint Michael�s Catholic Church. Jenny was born on September 1, 1963, to Juan and Alicia Lopez and passed away on October 15, 2016 at the age of 53. Jenny loved to make things with her hands. If she wasn't working, she spent her time decorating her home and all the things within it. She was a dedicated, hardworking mother who lived for her children. She never met a stranger, and made such a huge impact on everyone she met. No one could ever forget our Jenny. She was an amazing "nana" to her grandbabies, and they adored her. Her family meant the world to her. Jenny had a daughter, Amelia, from her first marriage. In 1993 she found the one whom her soul loved, Kenneth Holt, they married, and had two children � Austin and Alexis. Jenny died surrounded by her loving family. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her. Jenny is survived by her parents: Juan and Alicia Lopez, of Leesville. Husband: Kenneth Holt One son: Austin Holt Two daughters: Amelia Lopez and Alexis Holt One brother: Frank Lopez and his wife Manuela. Three sisters: Margie Lopez-Davis and husband Michael Davis, Marisol Lopez, and Bonnie Ferrer and husband Luis Ferrer. Four Grandchildren: Xaiden, Devyn, Axel and Piper. Six nephews: Alexander, Joshua, Xavier, Lukus, Zack and Diego. 2 nieces: Jodi and Samantha. And also numerous "adopted" children she helped raise and love throughout her years here, not including many friends she made.
