Jason Davis, a life-long resident of Leesville, Louisiana, died unexpectedly on August 28, 2021 at the age of 40. A graduate of Pickering High School class of 1999, he was a HWO snubbing supervisor at SBS Energy Services for almost 3 years.

Jason is survived by his daughter, Jaden Davis of Leesville and her mother Alana Jones of Germany; and significant other, Magan Whitaker of Burkville, Tx and, son Noah Whitaker; his mother, Tracy Perkins-Tuck and husband Jim of Leesville; sisters, Courtney Hippler and husband Chris of Leesville. Jordan Wells and husband Jacob of Hinston; grandmothers, Lenell Perkins of Anacoco and Shelia Perkins of Leesville; Nephews, Jacob and Caleb Hippler, Charlie Wells, and niece Analeigh Wells; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends; and his best friend Luke Kelley.

He is preceded in death by his best friend and grandfather, Thomas “Tommy” Perkins; grandmother, Brenda Gordon Firesheets; grandmother, Bobbie James Self; father, Mark Davis, Sr.; grandfather, Adolph Davis.

Jason’s life will be forever cherished in the life of his daughter, family, and friends. Jason was not only a great father, but the best big brother, son, and friend. If you were ever in need, no matter the circumstance, he was always right there ready to help. He was a very smart man, more than he led on to be known. He cared about so many people he loved, and they never went without. He loved cooking for his family and enjoyed long nights on his front porch listening to music, watching TikTok, and having a good time with his close friends Luke, Cody, Ray, KC, BJ, LeRoy, and his girlfriend Magan, and of course his daughter Jaden. Jason always made everyone laugh and smile, no matter what kind of day he had, good or bad. He was truly a strong soul and a smart mouth to the core. But overall, he was just a great simple man.
