Obituary for James Randall "Randy" Jeane
Funeral services for James Randall “Randy” Jeane will held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at Crystal Springs Baptist Church with Reverend Rodney Hicks officiating. Burial will follow in Mitchell Cemetery under the direction of Jeane’s Funeral Service. Visitation will be held at the church on Tuesday, June 23rd beginning at 5:00 p.m. and will continue until the time of service.
Randy was born February 25, 1961 in Leesville, LA and passed away June 20, 2020 in Anacoco, LA at the age of 59. He was a 1979 graduate of Anacoco High School and a member of Crystal Springs Baptist Church. He worked for many years in the construction industry. Randy was a simple man who enjoyed hunting, fishing, being on his tractor, and listening to rock-n-roll. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family.
Randy was preceded in death by his parents, Harold Wayne Jeane and Vera Catherine Martin Jeane and daughter, Farrah Lee.
Left to cherish his memory are his son, Jared Jeane of Anacoco,
daughter, Tuesday Necole Jeane of Anacoco,
brothers, Timothy “Timmy” Jeane and wife Kim, DeWayne “Fud” Jeane and wife Joyce, and Joseph “Hip” Jeane and wife Libby all of Anacoco,
sister, Sandy “Sis” Cruz and husband Greg of Leesville,
grandchildren, Jake Randall Jeane, Brogyn Jace Bernard, and Waylon Anthony Jeane,
extended family, Wendy Doyle, Cynthia Moore, and a host of family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Randy Raines, Shan Raines, Brandon Bush, Derek Cruz, Jared Jeane, Daniel Jeane, and Ty Davidson. Honorary pallbearers will be Gene Loaman, DeWayne Jeane, Joseph Jeane, Timothy Jeane, Don Jeane, Aron Jeane, and David Jeane.
Randy’s family extends a special thank you to Brother Rodney Hicks and the members of Crystal Springs Baptist Church for being such a blessing throughout Randy’s illness.
