Funeral services for James Edward "Orca" Maddox will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday September 23, 2016, in the West Central Louisiana Veteran"s Cemetery 3348 University Parkway Leesville, LA under the direction of Jeane"s Funeral Service. Visitation will be held at Jeane"s Funeral Service 100 E. Union St. Leesville, LA on Tuesday, September 20, 2016, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. James Edward Maddox was born on September 5, 1959, to John and Deana Maddox and passed away on September 15, 2016, at the age of 57. James was the eldest of six boys and attended DeRidder High School. He was a veteran of the Vietnam conflict and served in the special forces. For the past thirty years, he lived in Leesville and was a supervisor at the Leesville State School. James loved to hunt, fish, and do anything outdoors. He will be truly missed. James was preceded in death by his father " John Maddox. He is survived by his wife of 28 years " Donna Beauxis-Maddox. Two sons " Kristopher Lee Maddox of Harrison, AR and James Richard Maddox of Leesville, LA His mother " Deana Maddox of Rosepine, LA Five brothers " Danny Maddox of Rosepine, LA, Charles Maddox of Anacoco, LA, Darrin Maddox of DeRidder, LA, Keith Maddox of Illinois, and Patrick Maddox of Fort Worth, TX Two grandchildren " Kristina and Sophia Kay
