Obituary for James Darren Brogdon
A graveside service for James Darren Brogdon will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 6, 2021, in Flactor Cemetery with Reverends Joe Call and Dale Poe officiating under the direction of Jeane’s Funeral Service.
Darren was born January 16, 1988, in Fort Polk, LA and passed away August 2, 2021, in Baton Rouge, LA at the age of 33. For most of his life, Darren lived in Louisiana and recently moved to Pennsylvania. He was a member of LaCamp Church of God. Darren was very intelligent and enjoyed computers and gaming. He also had a great sense of humor and liked to joke. His family was the center of his life, and he will be greatly missed.
Darren was preceded in death by his grandparents, J.T. and Johnnie B. Poe and Lillian Brogdon; uncle, Tommy Poe; and aunt, Margaret Mandell.
Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Roger and Catherine Brogdon of Hicks, LA;
brother, William Daniel Brogdon of Hicks, LA;
sister, Debbie Bynog and husband W.L. of Hicks, LA;
nieces and nephews, D.J. Brogdon, Joel Brodgon, Alexis Haymon, Mitchell Vanslyke; Dylan Bynog, and Cheyenne Brogdon;
great nieces and nephews, Levi Brodgon, Eli Brogdon, Nicholi Brogdon, Ava Vincent, and Aiden Vincent;
and a host of extended family and friends.
