Obituary for Frankie Jean Austin
Services honoring the life of a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great- grandmother, true Christian lady Frankie Jean Paddy Austin will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2014, at South Park Baptist Church 1401 University Pkwy., Leesville, LA at 2:00 PM. Rev. Pat Austin, Rev. Jesse Buck, and Rev. Walter Collins will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak Forest Cemetery on Hwy 117 under the direction of Jeane�s Funeral Service of Leesville. Visitation will start on Wednesday, August 20, 2014, at 12:00 noon at South Park Baptist Church and continue until service time on Thursday. Jean was born on July 22, 1949 in Leesville to Frank and Rosie Lee Grimes Paddy and went to be with Jesus on Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at her residence at the age of 65 years and 28 days old. She was a 1968 graduate of Leesville High School and a longtime member of South Park Baptist Church where she served as piano player, Sunday School teacher, church clerk, and secretary. Being with her family, raising them in church, and serving God were her ultimate goals in life. Preceding her in death were her parents: Frank and Rosie Lee Paddy, Daughter: Jeanne Marie Alexander, Brother: John Hamilton, Sisters: Doris Taulbert and Phyllis Austin. Survivors are her husband of 46 yrs, Victor Austin of Leesville Son and daughter-in-law: Patrick �Pat� and Amanda Austin of Leesville Son-in-love: James and Tiffany Austin of Anacoco Daughters and Sons-in-law: Carolyn S. Myers , Sandra and Ricky Stephens , and Stephanie and Brad Emerson all of Leesville Sister-in-love: Margie Skinner of Leesville Grandchildren: Cody and Shawna ,Casey, Logan, Katlyn, Haley, Nathan, Noah, David, Elizabeth, Zachary, Sydney Great-grandchild: Nicholi Great-grandchild -in-waiting: Cooper Uncle and Aunt: Clyde and Audrey Grimes Host of other family and friends.
