Fairbee Ann Merriman was born on April 2, 1935, in Hicks, LA and passed away on September 18, 2018, in Duluth, MN at the age of 83.
She was a long-time resident of Superior, WI. Fairbee loved fishing, was an avid sports fan, and loved listening to gospel music.
Fairbee was preceded in death by her mother, Essie Mae Wolfe, her father Ervin Wolfe, a grandson Thomas Merriman, and brothers Fred and Ronnie Wolfe.
She is survived by her children: sons, Thomas (Elizabeth) Merriman of Texarkana, TX; Charles (Tommie) Merriman of Slagle, LA; Johnny (Pamela) Merriman of Hornbeck, LA; and Michael (Rosie) Merriman of Slagle, LA; daughters, Charolette (Dale) DeLacerda of Leesville, LA; Barbara (Joe) Stewart of Campti, LA; Lonnie (Wayne) Savell of Saline, LA; and Julie Merriman of Duluth, MN; twenty-two grandchildren; forty great grandchildren; and brother Bobby Wolfe Sr. of Orange, TX.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday, September 28, 2018, at Jeane’s Funeral Service in Leesville, LA. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. at Jeane’s. Burial will follow in Campbell Creek Cemetery in Sharp, LA.
Pallbearers will be Jeremy DeLacerda, Brandon Merriman, Jake Merriman, Lane Merriman, Aaron Savell, and Gary Salard.
