Obituary for Elvia Esmeranda Negron
A holy rosary service for Elvia Esmeranda Negron will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 2, 2017, at the chapel of Jeane’s Funeral Service, 100 E. Union St. Leesville, LA. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until the time of service on Wednesday in the chapel.
Mrs. Negron was born on April 22, 1928, and passed away on July 27, 2017, at the age of 89. She was a native of Panama City, Panama, but had lived in Vernon Parish since 1970. Mrs. Negron was a legal secretary and worked for the former Jordache clothing manufacture. She was a mother of four sons and enjoyed knitting and sewing.
Mrs. Negron was preceded in death by her husband, Angel Negron Sr.; son, Willie Negron; and parents, Juan and Clotilla Jose.
Left to cherish her memory are her sons: Angel Negron Jr. of New Llano, LA; Raul A. Negron of New Jersey; and Charles Negron of Argentina
Seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
