Obituary for Eloise Alexander
Funeral services for Mrs. Eloise (Kitty) Alexander of Leesville will be held on Saturday, August 10 at Pine Hill Baptist Church on Texas Highway with Reverend Bill Blackmon officiating. Burial will follow in the Pine Hill Cemetery under the direction of Jeane’s Funeral Service of Leesville. Visitation will begin on Friday, August 9 at 5 p.m. until time of service at the church.
Mrs. Alexander was born in Longville, Louisiana on January 7, 1942, and passed away on Thursday, August 8, 2019 in Alexandria, Louisiana. She worked as a role player for JRTC and worked at the Days Inn in Leesville. Kitty served in the LHS Band Parents Organization. She loved to go to rodeos and play softball. Kitty loved to sew her family’s clothes and she was a member of Pine Hill Baptist Church. She loved her chihuahua puppy, Peaches.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters.
Left to cherish her memory are Debbie Mango of Vass, NC; Donna Hunt and husband Denny of Leesville; Noel Alexander and wife Joyce of Leesville; Timothy Alexander and wife Lisa of Leesville; Kim Condon and husband Tim of Leesville; Stephen Alexander and wife Connie of Leesville; sister Shirley of Westlake; Ruby Johns of Sulfur; Mary Jane Davis of Leesville; brother Johnny Roberts of Merryville; 19 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family.
Pallbearers will be Dustin Hunt, Casey Hunt, Robbie Ramirez, Brandon Ramirez, Timothy Condon, and David Alexander. Honorary pallbearer will be Bobbie Gray.
