Obituary for Dustin "Dusty" Anthony Wilson
Dustin “Dusty” Anthony Wilson was born April 4, 1996, in DeRidder, Louisiana and passed away April 11, 2022, in Alexandria, Louisiana at the age of 26. He graduated from Hicks High School and was a member of Hornbeck Full Gospel Church. Dustin enjoyed hunting and fishing. He never met a stranger and was friendly to everyone he met. He left an impression on anyone who knew him.
Dustin was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Joyce & Hartson Slaydon and Clarence Wilson and uncle, Pete Godwin.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Destiny Manuel Wilson of Leesville;
son, Braxton Anthony Wilson of Leesville;
parents, Thomas and Dawana Larson of Leesville;
brother, Andrew Jason Machek and wife Cheyenne of Leesville;

nieces and nephews, Kai Machek, Paisley Blessing, Peyton Swire, and Tyrone Lavergne;
aunts and uncles, Krystal Johnson of Hicks, Dawayne Johnson of Leesville, Chris Brooks of Leesville, and Amy Brooks of Rosepine, LA;

Funeral services for Dustin will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 16, 2022, at Hornbeck Full Gospel Church with Reverend Buddy Freeman officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Bethel Church Cemetery under the direction of Jeane’s Funeral Service. Pallbearers will be Tommy Larson, Jason Machek, Dawayne Johnson, Taylor Wilt, Justin Hicks, and Kolton Hicks. Honorary pallbearers will be Harley Bennett, Skylar Johnson, Eli Lee, Casey Lee, Tommy Lisotta Jr., Derek Godwin, and Jeremy Martin. A visitation will be held at the church on Friday, April 15th beginning at 11:00 a.m. and will continue until the time of service on Saturday.
