Donnie was born October 6, 1963 and passed away October 3, 2020 at the age of 56. He was a very hard worker and dedicated his whole life to his family. His children never wanted or needed for anything. Donnie was one of the best mechanics known locally, but he could also do anything anyone needed done. All anyone had to do was ask and he was there. He was also known for his physical strength as well as his strength to carry his family. He loved teaching Dusti and Daniel his trades and how to be a provider and stronghold for the ones they love. His grandchildren knew him as PawPaw, and he was the first to know he would have a granddaughter on the way!
Donnie was preceded in death by his father, Jeannie Ray Parker and brother, Hardy Parker. The love of his life, his wife Darla, and his beloved daughter, Dana, passed away with Donnie on October 3rd.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Dusti Parker and fiancé Whittney Williams of Leeville, LA and Daniel Parker and girlfriend Elizabeth Mayo,
mother, Linda Ferkovich and husband Lee of Toro, LA,
sisters, Chissy Crites of Dallas, TX; Lenora Dixon of Toro, LA; Tony Parker; and Tracy Parker both of Florien, LA,

and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles as well as many friends that he thought of as family.
