Funeral services for Delma Jean Hagan Conklin will be held at 9:00AM, Sunday, November 29, 2015 in the Ebenezer Cemetery Chapel, 201 Ebenezer Cemetery Rd,. Leesville, LA 71446 with Rev. Hollis Roberts officiating. Burial will follow in the Ebenezer Cemetery under the direction of Jeane's Funeral Service of Leesville. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 28, 2015, 4:00-9:00 PM in the Ebenezer Cemetery Chapel. Mrs. Conklin was born on July 27, 1948 in Denham Springs, LA to Lloyd and Florence Ola Thompson Hagan and passed away on Thursday, November 26, 2015 in Leesville. She was a homemaker and had lived in the Leesville area for most of her life. For the past 6 years she lived at the Woodlands Nursing Center where she loved to visit with friends and family. She loved going to church and was a member of Laurel Hill Baptist Church. Preceding her in death was her husband: Freddie Conklin, parents, and brothers: John Wayne, Harold, and Donald. Survivors include brother and sister-in-law: Walter and Martha Hagan of Calico Rock, AR Sister and brother-in-law: DeEllen and Huey Goodwin of Hicks, LA Sister: Betty and Johnny Conklin of Sidney, AR A host of nephews and nieces.
