Obituary for Cynthia Ann Maxey
A funeral service for Cynthia Ann Maxey will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 22, 2017, at Jeane’s Funeral Service 100 E. Union St. Leesville, Louisiana with Reverend Phillip North officiating under the direction of Jeane’s Funeral Service. Burial will follow in the Whittaker Cemetery in DeRidder, LA.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, at Jeane’s Funeral Service.
Cynthia was born on May 10, 1963, and passed away on March 18, 2017, at the age of 53. She loved to sing and read her Bible. Spending time with her grandchildren brought her much joy.
She was preceded in death by her father, Franklin Butler and her daughter, Jamie Butler.
Cynthia is survived by her daughter: Crystal Turner and husband James of Leesville, LA
Sons: Chance Butler and Jimmy Morgan both of DeRidder, LA
Mother: Nancy Butler of DeRidder, LA
Brother: Frankie Butler of DeRidder, LA
Grandchildren: Khristian, Brian, Abbie, Vivian, Aliyah, Triden, Angalie, Brayden, Skyler, and Lagen
