Obituary for Cindy Bonds
A graveside service for Cindy Bonds will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 26, 2021, in Leesville Cemetery under the direction of Jeane’s Funeral Service. A visitation will be held Sunday at Jeane’s Funeral Service, 100 E. Union St. Leesville, from 12:00 to 2:30 p.m.
Cindy was born April 25, 1954, in Leesville, LA and passed away September 23, 2021, in Leesville at the age of 67. She began her career as an LPN at Broyles Clinic in Leesville then worked at Bayne Jones first as an LPN and later at the information desk. Cindy enjoyed traveling and collecting owls. Most of all, she loved her family, especially her grandchildren.
Cindy was preceded in death by her parents, Accie David Bonds and Dorothy Lea Turner Bonds.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Stephanie Blanchard and husband Robert of Leesville;
grandchildren, Daniel Bonds, David Blanchard, Sara Blanchard, Zakary Blanchard, and Lily Blanchard;
sisters, Joy Adams and husband Bill of Slagle, LA and Wands Boswell and husband Hershel of Simpson, LA;
and a host of extended family members.
Pallbearers will be Daniel Bonds, Chris Pickering, David Adams, Dawson Adams, Bill Adams, and Hershel Boswell.
