Obituary for Charles Scott Gee
Charles Scott Gee was born March 23, 1953 in Huntington, West Virginia and passed away March 28,2020 in Leesville, LA at the age of 67. He was a member of East Leesville Baptist Church and worked for many years as a successful door-to-door salesman. Mr. Gee also worked for a while in security at Fort Polk. He enjoyed fishing and hunting doves and ducks. He was a supportive father and will be greatly missed.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Malcolm Gee and Jane Lawrence Teasley and his beloved aunt, Mary Catherine Gee Garnett.
Left to cherish his memory are his son, Charles “Chucky” Malcolm Gee of Leesville, LA,
stepson, Arthur Forehand and wife Shasta of Toro, LA,
daughter, Kimberly Belton and husband Curt of Leesville, LA,
brother, Benjamin Gee and wife Barbara of Hopkinsville, KY,
nephew, Austin Gee of Hopkinsville, KY
grandchildren, Charleigh Travis, Bristyl Belton, Desire’ Travis, Samantha Travis, Reese Belton, Hunter Belton, Kawliga Forehand, Danzey Forehand, and Hendrix Forehand,
great grandchildren, Kellan Harp and Kendal Spruill,
and a host of extended family.
Mr. Gee’s funeral arrangements will be handled by Maddox Funeral Home in Hopkinsville, Kentucky.
