Obituary for Catherine Robertson
Services honoring the life of Mrs. Catherine Williams Robertson will be held on Monday, August 10, 2015 in the Antioch Baptist Church, 2241 Slagle Loop, Leesville, Louisiana 71446 at 10:00AM with Brother Johnathan Glaesemann officiating. Burial will follow in the Antioch Cemetery under the direction of Jeane's Funeral Service of Leesville. Visitation will start on Sunday, August 9, 2015 at 5:00 PM until 10:00 PM at Antioch Baptist Church. Mrs. Robertson, was born on October 22, 1932, in Slagle, Louisiana, to James Benjamin and Doshia Rebecca Williams and passed away on Thursday, August 6, 2015 at her home having reached the age of 82 years, 9 months and 16 days. She was a lifetime resident of the Slagle community and was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved to sew quilts and crochet. Most of all, she loved taking care of her family and serving her Lord and Savior at White Park Church of Christ. Preceding her in death were her husband, Issac "Ike" Robertson , daughter-in-law: Patricia "Pat" Robertson sisters: Clovis Sams and Inez Sterling, Brothers: Ezra Williams and Frank Williams Survivors are: Sons: James H. Robertson of Slagle, LA; Billy J.Robertson and wife Lynn of Slagle,LA; Robert Robertson and wife, Kelly of Leesville, LA Daughters: Marie Breakbill and husband, Charlie of Little Rock, Ark; Patsy Turner and husband Larry of New Llano, LA; Betty Dyson and husband Gerald of New Llano, LA. Step-Daughter: Vivian O'Haver of Slagle, LA Step-Sons: Ike Robertson, Jr. of Leesville, LA and James Robert Robertson of Florida Host of Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and Great Great Grandchildren.
