Obituary for Caroll Midkiff
A memorial service for Caroll Midkiff will be held at Mt. Bethel Baptist Church on Belview Rd in Leesville on Thursday, July 25th. Visitation will start at 5:00 PM and a memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM.
Caroll Midkiff, of Leesville, was born to Malcolm and Bonnie Midkiff on August 14, 1950. He departed from this life on July 9, 2024. Caroll was a lifelong resident of Leesville, Louisiana where he proudly owned and operated Caroll’s Repair Service for over 40 years. Even after he retired, people still called asking him for his expertise. When he wasn’t tending to his business, Caroll could be found on his front porch, hunting, riding 4-wheelers, or playing drums with friends in local bands. He also loved gardening and always had a variety of farm animals to take care of. Caroll will be deeply missed by both his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Malcom and Bonnie Midkiff, and his daughter, Carrie Stephens.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Rhonda Midkiff; son, Joshua Midkiff; daughter-in-law Victoria Midkiff; daughter, Myra Midkiff; son-in-law, Waylon Stephens; grandchildren, Caleb Stephens, Chloe Stephens, Scianne Midkiff, and Willow Midkiff; and great grandchild, Penelope Bradley.
