Obituary for Carll William Grathwohl
Funeral services for Carll Lynn William Grathwohl will be held on Tuesday, July 12, 2016, 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Deridder, 2030 U.S. Highway 171, Deridder, LA with Rev. Josh Eubanks officiating. Burial will follow in the West Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery under the direction of Jeane"s Funeral Service. Visitation will be on Monday, July 11, 2016 at the First Baptist Church of Deridder, from 5:00 " 8:00 PM and starting at 9:00 AM until time of service on Tuesday. Carll Lynn William Grathwohl was born on January 28, 1980, in Cheverly, Maryland to Harvey Grathwohl and Janice Morton. He passed away on July 6, 2016 at the age of 36. Mr. Grathwohl was employed by the Beauregard Sheriff"s Office and was a member of the Beauregard SWAT and CHASE team. He was an Army veteran and served a combat tour in Iraq. He was enlisted in the 602nd MP CO. Mr. Grathwohl received numerous military and law enforcement awards. Spending time with his family was something he loved to do. He was a loving father and a wonderful husband. William is loved by many and will be missed by all. Mr. Grathwohl was preceded in death by his father, Harvey Grathwohl.
