Obituary for Bruce Wayne Sigler
Funeral services for Bruce Wayne Sigler will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 12, 2017, at South Park Baptist Church, 1401 University Parkway Leesville, LA with Reverends Jesse Buck and Wayne Chance officiating under the direction of Jeane’s Funeral Service. Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 11th at South Park Baptist Church from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service on Saturday.
Mr. Sigler was born on August 17, 1947, in Hornbeck, LA and passed away on August 9, 2017, at the age of 69. He was a lifelong resident of the Hornbeck area and a 1967 graduate of Hornbeck High School as well as a member of South Park Baptist Church. Mr. Sigler worked in the construction industry for many years and enjoyed playing card games, hunting, and fishing. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family.
Mr. Sigler was preceded in death by his parents, Horace and Ruby Sigler; brothers, Wendall Sigler and Roy Sigler; sisters, Willie Williams, Janice Jordan, and Diana Spear; and grandchildren, Houston Sigler and Wendall Sigler.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Sue Sigler of Hornbeck, LA
Sons: Bobby Sigler of Hornbeck, LA; Kenneth Sigler and wife Hannah of Arkansas City, KS; Anthony Sigler and wife Jackie of Hornbeck, LA; Horace Sigler and wife Susan of Many, LA; Harold Sigler and wife Meshon of Anacoco, LA; and Chris Sigler and wife Lesley of Cleora, OK
Brothers: Malcom Sigler and Dexter Sigler
Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and extended family.
