Obituary for Brandon Lee Deutsch
Funeral services for Brandon Lee Deutsch will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 15, 2019, at Oak Forest Baptist Church with Reverends Joe Call and Terry McDonald officiating. Burial will follow in the Leesville Cemetery under the direction of Jeane’s Funeral Service.
A visitation time for the family and friends of Mr. Deutsch will begin at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 14th at the church and continue until the time of service.
Brandon was born January 23, 1978 and passed away November 11, 2019 at the age of 41. He attended Leesville High School and worked as a heavy equipment operator. Brandon was a member of Oak Forest Baptist Church and was proud of his work with disaster relief. He liked fishing, Harley motorcycles, and especially Mustang cars. Brandon loved being outside in the sun enjoying riding four wheelers and camping. Most of all, he loved his family.
Brandon was preceded in death by his grandparents, Clyde and Ruby Prater, Jack and Jo Ann Deutsch, and Bill O’Day; uncles, Larry and Steve Deutsch; niece, Emily Jeane; and cousin, Christopher Deutsch.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Shannon “Shay” Lea Deutsch,
sons, Brendan Matthew Deutsch of DeRidder, LA; Taylor Alan Deutsch of DeRidder, LA; and Travis Cole Austin of Anacoco, LA
daughters, Melanie Skye Deutsch of Monroe, LA and Josie Renee Austin of Natchitoches, LA
parents, Alan Ray Deutsch and Constance Marie Deutsch of Leesville, LA
brother, Michael Wayne Deutsch and wife Shana of Leesville, LA
sisters, Carol Ann Gibson and husband Kenneth of Leesville, LA and Heather West and husband Ricky
nieces, Hailee Jeane and Elizabeth Cowan
