Obituary for Billy "Randy" Rudolph Cupit
Billy Randolph Cupit (Randy to everyone) was born May 24, 1952, to Billy Ray Cupit and Elwanda Jenise Cupit. He is survived by his sister, Cathy C. Girard and her husband Gary Girard; nieces and nephews, Jack Davis, Lucy Yanez, Craig Girard, Cory Girard, Mallory Girard, and Kennedy Girard; grand-niece, Midori Yanez; and many cousins, extended family members, and friends.
Randy owned his own construction company and built many buildings in the south Houston/Pasadena area, including the Pasadena Livestock and Rodeo Arena and the Strawberry Festival office.
A graveside service for Randy will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 25, 2022, at Pine Island Cemetery, Hwy 465 in Simpson, LA under the direction of Jeane’s Funeral Service.
