Obituary for Barbara Ann Osborne
A graveside service for Barbara Ann Street Osborne will be held on Wednesday August 14, 2019 at 10:00 a.m in Mitchell Cemetery.
Barbara was born on September 23, 1941 to her parents, Samuel and Doris Brown Street. She passed away peacefully on August 10, 2019 at the age of 77 surrounded by family. Barbara graduated from Bolton High School and then attended Louisiana College, but she finished her degree at Northwestern State University. She was employed by the Vernon Parish School Board where she was a teacher for 30 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents.

daughter, Deanna Osborne Poplin of Leesville, LA
sister, Molly Waterstraat and husband Darryl of West Monroe, NY
granddaughters, Tabetha Osborne of Anacoco, LA; Cassandra Osborne of Anacoco, LA; Jennifer Poplin of North Carolina; Leah Poplin of North Carolina; and Sara Osborne of Lake Charles, LA
grandson, William Osborne of Anacoco, LA
